Inside every box: a handmade bracelet or twine, crafted from banana bark and recycled paper by women in Kenya.

Made from pure Egyptian chamomile flowers, this calming tea makes the perfect nighttime cup. This naturally caffeine-free herbal tea has a light floral aroma and a delicate sweet flavor with hints of honey and apple. This tea is organically grown in Egypt, as it has been for centuries.

Each box is adorned with a unique piece of art handmade by women in western Kenya. Every label is made using dried bark from banana trees and handmade paper. Inside the box, a small twine or bracelet, is made using recycled magazines and dried bark from banana trees. 

100% of the profits are donated to the Ajiri Foundation, which provides school fees and programming for orphans in western Kenya.

I have purchased Ajiri’s chamomile tea many times, and I will continue to do so. This is the best chamomile tea I’ve ever had, no contest. I’ve even done my own taste tests at home with several other brands, and Ajiri’s always wins. The flavor and aroma are delectable!
