Processing time. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
United States. At checkout, you can choose from USPS (Ground Advantage, First Class Package, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express) or UPS Ground. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.
Free shipping. Orders of $100 or more within the United States qualify for free Economy shipping.
Canada. We ship to Canada at flat rates based on the weight of your order, shown at checkout. Customs duties or taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
Other countries. At this time we ship only to the United States and Canada.
Gift cards are delivered by email, so no shipping is needed.
Holiday orders. To receive your order in time for the holidays, please order by December 17.
Delivery issues. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by weather or carriers, or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@ajiritea.com and we'll do our best to work with you to resolve it.
